Benefits of Green Tea

Looking for a change from your traditional cup of coffee, may I suggest green tea instead? Green tea also contains caffeine, so even if you're not ready to give up coffee yet you could always add in a tea in the afternoon. Let me tell you some of the health benefits and I’m sure you’ll be convinced to give it a try.

Green tea contains antioxidants, which could lower your chances of certain cancers. It also helps improve cognitive function, increase fat burning and lower cholesterol. I like to have a cup of green tea mid-day right after my lunch so I can power thru the rest of my workday. But just be careful if you are sensitive to caffeine, drinking it too late in the day could cause trouble sleeping.
