Finding Inspiration in Business

Since launching Apothea almost 1 year ago (!!!) I’ve been following a number of professional women’s websites and one of my absolute favorites is Women of Influence. I often visit the website and read their articles about women in different industries doing some amazing work! I could spend hours on their website, there is no shortage of inspiration. It’s a good way to get into the business mindset, and honestly it makes me want to push myself out of my comfort zone and get to work! 

Connecting

I enjoy their content so much that I started connecting with them via LinkedIn and following along with their posts. LinkedIn is a great professional resource! After reading and commenting I connected with some of the amazing ladies there, and was given the opportunity to write for Women of Influence!

Writing

This was an incredible opportunity to contribute from a medical/pharmacy perspective on the pandemic and the vaccination efforts. The deadline for the article also happened to fall in my last month of my pregnancy, so I buckled down and worked on writing between my consulting and my pharmacy shifts.
